Dental Financing Options:

Thank you for choosing us as your dental care provider. We want to ensure that our outstanding services are available to everyone. Therefore, we wanted you to be informed of the payment options available in our office.

Payment in full:

Payment is expected in full at the first appointment unless you have made written arrangements in advance.

Payment Plans:

We have contracted with Capital One healthcare financing to offer you a full line of credit services. For services over $300, a 3 or 6 month interest-free loan is available and for services over $1,000 a small interest bearing loan is available for up to 60 months. The approval process takes only 10 minutes over the phone with a capital one representative and the results are immediate.

Credit Cards:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, debit cards, personal checks and cash.

Insurance:

If you have dental insurance, you must present your current insurance card information and identification upon arrival to expedite reimbursement. Once eligibility, deductibles, coverage rates, and yearly benefits have been confirmed, we will accept assignment of benefits. At all times, you are responsible for all fees for services provided by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will provide you with an estimate of dental coverage based on our history and verbal communication with your carrier. You will be expected to pay your estimated portion and or deductible at each visit. However, your insurance policy is a contact between you and your insurance carrier. We are not a party to that contact. If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please contact your employer or insurance company directly.
